Sandy Feet Events - Temecula Half Marathon and 5K 


Run fast for Slow Food! Join us in Southern California's beautiful wine country for a 5K or Half Marathon in November. Support school gardens!  

Race up and down dirt country roads in vineyard territory, then raise your glass at a finish line wine tasting with live bluegrass music – all in support of local school gardens!!! Presented by Sandy Feet Events, the 2nd annual Temecula Half Marathon & 5K at Peltzer Farms has limited space!

Runners can add beer or wine tasting to race registration for $10 which includes a signature glass. All proceeds from wine tasting and raffles will be donated to our Temecula Valley Slow Food chapter.  Be sure to show your bib number at neighboring wineries for 10% off wine tasting after the benefit!

We are proud to announce the 5th Annual Field to the Fork!  The Premier Wine, Craft Beer and Food Pairing Event!  With a new date and new location, we have no doubt that this will be our best year yet!  Sun, October 14, 2012 at Robert Renzoni Vineyards in Temecula Valley Wine Country.  Ticket information to follow soon, but please save the date!

Slow Food TV president, Chef Leah, is now open for business!  (Source: Mornings are full of great baked goods, Micro organic roasted coffee’s and a daily specials like organic fairfield blueberry french toast; Ham & Gruyere Strata;  Wild greens, Feta & Pumpkin frittata and award winning scones that melt in your mouth (no joke).

Lunch is a treat, featuring homemade Italian sausage lasagna with bechamel and basil pesto; Great hearty sandwiches; Creative side dishes; Organic salads (featuring many local farms); Soup of the day and flat bread pizza’s.

Dinner options (also great lunch dishes)… Organic local chicken that is roasted with Temecula Olive Oil, herbs and a smidgen of butter to brown the top of the bird!  Pot pies;  Braised Brandt Short Ribs;  Flat bread pizza’s and so much more.  So stop by at the end of your day and pick up dinner for just you or the entire family.  Call ahead or Email us your order-  we will have it all ready to go- and even run it out to your car if needed!  We are all about helping to simplify life!
